If you are:
- National of a member state of the European Union;
- Family member of Portuguese citizens or of nationals of a member state of the European Union, regardless of your nationality;
- Not being national of a member state of the European Union and not being covered by the previous paragraph, legally resident in Portugal for a continuous period of over two years on 1st January of the year you intend to access higher education, as well as the children who legally reside with you;
You enjoy equal status to that of any Portuguese student, benefitting from the same conditions of admission to all the programmes of Ensino Lusófona Universities and Institutes.
